Aboriginals in the Juvenile Justice System

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare released a report on Nov 21 on the number of young Indigenous people in the justice system. The report says that 39% of those in the juvenile justice system were Indigenous on an average 2010-11 day, even though  they make up only about 5% of young Australians. For full report click here.
